Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner Wohnung für 1 Person befristet vom 14.02.2024 bis 15.03.2024.
In den Nebenkosten sind alle Kosten (auch GEZ, Strom, WLAN) enthalten.

Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und gemütlich eingerichtet, hat zwei Zimmer und liegt zentral im ruhigen Westfälischen Viertel in Moabit.
Dein Zimmer ist modern möbliert und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du brauchst.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock im Hinterhaus und ist sehr ruhig und hell, mit hohen Decken und Dielenboden.
Vom Balkon aus blickst du in den grünen Hinterhof. In Deinem Zimmer hast Du ein Sofa, ein kuscheliges Bett (140 cm), einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch und natürlich schnelles WLAN. Dir stehen Bettwäsche, Handtücher sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.

In direkter Nachbarschaft befinden sich viele Restaurants und Cafés. Supermärkte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Zum Spreeufer und zum Tiergarten sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Bahnhof Zoo, Hauptbahnhof, Ku’Damm, Hackescher Markt sind schnell erreichbar.
In der Miete sind alle Kosten enthalten.

I rent out ine room in my beautiful flat and for 1 person, centrally located in Moabit. All costs are included. The contract is limited from Feb-14-2024 until March-15-2024.

The flat is freshly renovated and comfortably furnished.

The flat is on the first floor in the rear building and is very quiet and bright, with high ceilings. From the balcony you have a view into th courtyard.
Your room is furnished with a sofa, a cosy bed (140 cm), a wardrobe, a desk and WIFI. There is bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal.
There are many restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets and shopping facilities are only a few minutes away. It is only a few minutes' walk to the riverside of the Spree or to Tiergarten, Bahnhof Zoo, Berlin main station, Ku'Damm, Hackescher Markt are all within easy reach.
