Die Luxuswohnung liegt mitten im Herzen der Stadt – direkt am Hackersche Markt. Obwohl es so zentral liegt, ist es sehr hübsch und sehr ruhig mit einem großen Balkon zum Innenhof.
Zum Alexanderplatz ist es zu Fuß nur 6 Minuten und mit der S-Bahn nur 1 Minute.
Die Museumsinsel ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß von allen wichtigen Museen Berlins entfernt.
Spree 1 Min zu Fuß

Einen besseren Standort in Berlin kann man sich nicht wünschen.

Wir sind im Urlaub und möchten zwischendurch unsere schöne Wohnung vermieten von
21. März (7 Uhr ) - 24. März (20:00 Uhr )
Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet mit frischen Handtüchern, einer Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffeekapseln, einem Haartrockner und allem, was Sie für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigen.
Es verfügt außerdem über einen ergonomischen Arbeitstisch und einen zweiten Schreibtisch, falls Sie während Ihres Aufenthalts arbeiten müssen.
Es umfasst ein Wohnzimmer, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einen Balkon mit gemütlichen Stühlen und Liegen, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, um maximalen Komfort und Sauberkeit zu bieten.

In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen und Party strengstens verboten.

Bitte lesen Sie die Datum sorgfältig durch, bei Interesse können wir auch gerne vorab einen Video- oder persönlichen Besichtigungstermine vereinbaren.
Nur für maximal 2 Personen erlaubt.

The luxury apartment is right in the heart of the city- directly at Hackersche Markt. Even thought it is so central is it very pretty and very peaceful with a big balcony to the Innenhof garden.
Alexander Platz by foot is only 6 mins and only 1 min by S Bahn.
Museum Island is 2 mins by foot for all the major museums in Berlin.

You can not ask for a better location in Berlin.
We are on holiday and would like to sublease our beautiful apartment between

21st March (7 am ) - 24th March (8 pm )

The apartment will be fully equipped with fresh towels, a coffee machine with coffee capsules, a hair dryer to everything you will need for a short stay.
It also has an ergonomic work table and a second working desk if you need to work during your stay.
It includes a living room, bed room with a double bed, balcony with cozy chairs and recliners, fully equipped kitchen, water kettle, tea, coffee, a bathroom with a bath tub to offer maximum comfort and cleanliness.

It is a strictly no smoking and no partying apartment.
