2-room modern penthouse in the heart of Mitte

As I will be traveling, I am renting out my beloved home, located in Mitte, right beside the Friedrichstrasse station with view on the river Spree.
The sunny 2-room fully-furnished top-floor apartment may be the perfect home for your next business trip or slow-travel to Berlin.

The flat features one large living room, one bedroom, one bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. You'll love the natural light that floods in through the large windows, and the cozy ambiance created by my lovely greenery.


Living Room:
- Dining table of 140cm (extendable to 260cm) can host maximum 10 people (however, I only have 9 chairs and 8 sets of dishes).
- The sofa is extendable, to a 160x200cm flat bed (incl topping mattress, 2-pax-duvè and sheet).
- Projector with wireless connection, replacing a TV. It's usable at night or when curtains are closed.
- Work-place no 1, features a 120cm table and an external screen.
- The 3 large windows face exactly South. The 2 large windows face West.
- Extra-large balcony with a 5m south-front and a 4m west-front for full panorama from sun-rise to sun-set. You can see the tourist boats on the Spree from here as well as the trains.
- programmable floor-cleaning robot
- Lots of nice greenery, that we hope you can water once a week.

Bed Room:
- Bed with 160x200cm mattress, two pillows, 2-pax-duvè, and my cute lovely plush goat.
- Work-place no 2 with three large screens and a wireless keyboard (German) at your disposal. Table is 160cm wide and is height adjustable electrically.

Kitchen:
- Kitchen equipped with pretty much everything you need: each 8 sets of plates, cutlery, glass, cups, wine-glass, chopsticks aso.
- 3 fry-pans, 5 pots, water cooker, blender, vacuumizer, and microwave.
- Washing machine (incl dryer function), large dishwasher, oven, and 4-ceran-field stove.
- A raclette set with a fondue function, that you can use.
- However, I have no coffee machine, as I only make turkish coffee.

Bathroom:

- Toilet and hand-washing
