SWAP ONLY: 80sqm, 2.5 rooms <-> smaller + cheaper apartment

Wie im Titel beschrieben ist dies ausschließlich ein Tauschangebot. Ich suche eine kleinere und günstigere Wohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt im Hinterhaus, aus der großen Wohnküche blickt man in einen ruhigen und gepflegten Hinterhof, trotzdem ist die WHG nicht direkt von Nachbarn einsehbar.

Ich verlasse diese Wohnung sehr ungern, da sie wirklich Charakter hat und einen klasse Schnitt. Die Lage ist auch ziemlich genial. Der Kiez hat sich zuletzt zu einem lebhaften und lebenswerten Ort entwickelt. Auch die Nachbarn im Haus sind sehr nett.
"Minuspunkte" könnten sein:
- EG, hatte ich ja bereits erwähnt, hat mich aber nie gestört, man hat dadurch auch viele Vorteile.
- Keine Badewanne - das war für mich der EINZIGE noch offen gebliebene Wunsch in der Wohnung, und wäre ich noch länger geblieben, hätte ich wohl eine "externe Badewanne" gekauft, denn Platz dafür gibt es in dem geräumigen und ansonsten sehr schönen Bad ;)

Die Wohnungseigentümer sind ein sehr nettes Ehepaar. Bisher habe ich hier mit einer Mitbewohnerin gelebt. Nun ist sie ausgezogen und ich wollte die Wohnung alleine behalten, allerdings übersteigt sie auf Dauer mein Budget und so viel Platz brauche ich nicht.

Falls jemand also eine kleinere und günstigere Wohnung anzubieten hat und sich "vergrößern" möchte, meldet Euch.
Für Pärchen/ Familien ist diese WHG ideal, oder für eine Einzelperson die Lust hat, mal etwas mehr Platz zu haben.

My flatmate moved away and, in the long term, I want to live by myself. Since I can't afford this apartment by myself, I am looking for something a little bit smaller and cheaper.

This is an ideal flat for a flatshare, a couple or even a family.

Despite being on the ground floor, due to it's clever design and charming atmosphere, you will feel very comfortable here.
I've lived 3 years in this place and always loved it. I would stay, if I could afford it. Actually the price is very reasonable in present circumstances.

The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

The flat is in the rear house, making it very calm and offering more or less direct access into the very well kept "yard".
The heart of the flat is the ~30sqm kitchen/ living room.
Then you have one ~18 sqm and one ~27sqm bedroom plus one large storage room.

Also there was new glass window shower installed in the large bathroom.
