Da ich 2018 auf Reisen bin, biete ich hier meine wunderschöne, sonnige, komplett möblierte 2- Zimmer- Wohnung mit Balkon zur Zwischenmiete vorerst für 6-8 Monate an. Der Vertrag kann unter Umständen bis auf weitere 6-8 Monate verlängert werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer perfekten Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Lohmühlenbrücke und dem Kanal (direkt an der Grenze Kreuzberg/Neukölln/Treptow).

Die Wohnung ist 60 m² groß und steht Ihnen ab 1 März 2018 zur Verfügung. Es besteht eine gewisse Flexibilität hinsichtlich des genauen Ein- und Auszugsdatum. Das ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, nichtsdestotrotz besteht die Möglichkeit auf dem Balkon zu rauchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der obersten 6 Etage. Das Haus hat einen Aufzug und ist nur 15-20 Meter von der Bushaltestelle entfernt

Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist die viel begehrte Gegend der Maybachufer und Weserstrasse nur in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Ebenfalls sind die U Bahnstationen gut mit dem Bus oder zu Fuß erreichbar: U-Bahn Rathaus Neukölln ist nur einen km und U-Bahn Hermannplatz ist 1,5km von der Wohnung entfernt. Bis zur S-Bahn Treptower Park sind das 2,4 km Busfahrt. Zum Lidl oder ReWe sind es ca. 500-700m Fußweg. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (U7 / U8, Buslinien 171 und 194, (S41 / 42/46, S8, S9-S-Bahn-Möglichkeiten ab Treptower Park)) ist die gesamte Stadt leicht erreichbar.

Die Wohnung beinhaltet einen kompletten Haushalt und ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht:
- eine hochwertige Ledercouch im Wohnzimmer und ein komfortables Bett im Schlafzimmer. Beide sind groß: 200x200cm
- Kleiderschrank, Sideboards, Arbeitstisch, Regale etc.
- Waschmaschine und Badewanne im Bad (ein Badvorhang ist ebenfalls vorhanden, daher ist auch eine kurzes Duschen möglich)
- Es gibt keinen Fernseher, dafür aber ein Radio- und CD-Player
- gemütliche Küche mit Tisch, Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen, Küchenschränke, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Geschirr, weitere Küchenutensilien

Der Preis von 850 € beinhaltet die Gesamtwarmmiete inkl. Strom und weiteren Nebenkosten. Das Internet ist nach Absprache möglich. Die Wohnung kann gerne nach Absprache besichtigt werden. Bei Interesse schreibt mir eine Nachricht mit ein paar Infos ( wie lange in Berlin, aktueller Job, wer zieht mit, gewünschte Mietdauer etc.) Gerne beantworte ich weitere Fragen und freue mich auf das Kennenzulernen.

I am renting my beautiful, sunny, quiet and fully furnished 2-room apartment with the balcony in the nice area, very close to the Lohmühlenbrücke (corner Kreuzberg/Neukölln/Treptow). The apartment is 60 m² and available from 1 March 2018 first for 6-8 months. The contract may be extended for a further 6-8 months. There might be also some flexibility about the exact moving in and - out dates.

Non smoker apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. The apartment is on the last 6th floor; the house has the elevator and located just 15-20 meters from the bus station and directly on the canal of Maybachufer area. Close to where everything is happening but still calm and quiet.

You can walk or take a bus to the U Bahn station Rathaus Neukölln (1km) or to the U Bahn station Hermannplatz (1,5km). The S Bahn Treptower Park is 2,4 km away and also reachable with the bus. To the Lidl or ReWe is aprox.500-700m walk distance. It's easy to get anywhere in the city, night and day, with public transportation (U7/U8, Buses 171 and 194, (S41/42/46, S8, S9- S bahn possibilities from Treptower Park)).

Furnished with all, what one hosehold Needs:
- high quality leather couch in the living room and the bed in the sleeping room. Both are big - 200*200cm
- Wardrobe, working table, shelves ect
- washing machine and bathtub in the bath room (there is also the bath curtain available, therefore is the short shower possible too)
- there is no TV, but good Radio- and -CD Player
- cosy kitchen with table, fridge, stove with oven, cupboards, microwave

The price of 850 € includes the total warm rent incl. electricity and other additional costs. The internet is possible by arrangement.
