wir würden unsere Wohnung gerne an eine oder mehrere vertrauensvolle Personen untervermieten für 1-3 Wochen. Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und eine Balkon, liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, es gibe viele Cafes und Bars in der Gegend, Tempelhofer Feld 5 min zu Fuß. Ist schön hier! Wir haben ein kleines Kind, also die Wohnung wäre auch für eine Familie geeignet, wir haben ein Babybett und Wickeltisch.
Unsere Miete pro Woche beträgt inklusive allem 400€. Falls der Zeitraum oder eine der beiden Wochen innerhalb des Zeitraums passen, gerne melden.
Am besten per whatsapp kontaktieren und wir können telefonieren, eine Online Besichtigung ausmachen und alles weitere besprechen.

we would like to sublet our apartment to one or more trustworthy persons for 1-3 weeks. The apartment has 3 rooms and a balcony, is located in a quiet side street in Neukölln, there are many cafes and bars in the area, Tempelhofer Feld 5 min walk. It's lovely here!
We have a small kid, so the flat is also suitable for a family, we have a babybed here and a changing table.
Our rent per week is 400€ including everything. If both or one of the two weeks of the time period fits, feel free to contact us.
