8 month Sublet in cozy flat in Schillerkiez, Neukölln

My partner and I are offering our lovely, cozy apartment for an 8-month rental, from mid-March to the end of October 2025. After this period, our lease will end, and there may be an opportunity to discuss transferring the contract to the new tenants with the landlord.

The place is located in the Schillerkiez neighborhood of Neukölln. The location couldn't be better – 3-minute away from Hasenheide Park and around 15 minutes walk to the canal in Kreuzberg. All the supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars, are just a short walk away.

💰 Price warm: 1350€ per month with heating, electricity, Internet, etc. all included
Anmeldung (registration) is unfortunately not possible.

The apartment is ideal for singles or couples, is compact but really comfortable and cozy. Also it is very warm, which I find very important for this chilly wintery days that are still left.

The sofa extends to double its size, really nice for movie nights :)
