I am renting out my beautiful and cosy flat while I will be away for work. There is a sleeping room with a double bed facing the backyard, so it is very quiet, a large kitchen, which is almost like a third room as well as a living room with a sleeping couch and a large desk to work on and a balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub and is also very spacious.
The flat is very close to many nice bars, restaurants, the canal, the Tempelhofer Feld, the park of Hasenheide. The apartment is also very close to the subway of Rathaus Neukölln (3min); Hermannplatz and Boddinstrasse are also reachable in walking distance and there are a large number of busses. There are numerous shopping facilities, such as Bio Company, Denns, Lidl, but also a very nice French bakery, numerous natural wine shops, a very nice cheese shop just around the corner.
Even though you have a lot of opportunities to go out and to have dinner close-by, the flat is very quiet and cosy.
I am looking for a quiet and tidy person to take care of my home while I will be away – no party people please and people who are respectful towards my neighbours. Moreover, I am looking for a single tenant. I am happy to provide you with more information and imaged if you like and please get in touch if you'd like to have a look at the flat ! Rent is including bills apart if you will exceed much more than the usual.
There might be a possibility to extend the sublet until June 2025! Only single persons please! Internet and all bills are included in the rent!
