Fully furnished room and flat to spend enjoy the holidays

Hi, I'm Sam, I' a PhD student in Indigenous Politics and just recently completed a fellowship at the Alexander Von Humboldt Foundation. I am from Guam, Micronesia and have been living in Germany for about 2yrs already. I will leave back home for Christmas and New Years therefore my fully equipped room in very cozy flat is available only for a limited time. I really cannot stress enough on how spacious the room is, I do yoga, my home workouts in the room and have a desk for home office. The room that is available from December 1 2024- January 10 2025 and is about c. 17 sqm. You actually have another room specifically for the bed/sleeping (its kind of like a cozy loft area, see the photos) and is connected to the main room. I will leave the room furnished with some sheets, towels and other things such as pillowcases, lamps, the closet and drawers. The whole flat is about 79 sqm flat and you will be living with a roomate. She is a journalist, and is also nice and polite. You'll of course have access to the kitchen and bathroom. I have a washer machine that also has a drying feature, you will be able to use it as well. We ask that the room as well as the rest of the flat stays a nonsmoking flat.
