The flat is bright and calm, lots of natural sunlight and birds singing outside.

There are 2 rooms, 1 with almost 25 sqm including balcony, and one smaller room with 14m2. There's also a well-sized kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub/shower.

The flat is fully furnished, as this is my home, and I will happily provide you with towels, bed linen etc. I will empty the wardrobe in the small room, so you have ample storage space.

Currently, the big room is my bedroom/living room with a double bed and reading chairs, and the small room is my guest room with a 140x200 cm sofabed, small desk, reading chair, wardrobe. If you prefer, I can move the double bed to the small room and the sofa to the big room so you have a 'classical' bedroom/living room arrangement.

The flat is located in a calm, green part o Neukölln. So you've got the best of both worlds:

The hustle and bustle of Weserstrasse, Hermannplatz etc. nearby, but also a quiet green neighbourhood. The Landwehrkanal is 2 minutes away, you can stroll down there, e.g. to have a coffee at beautiful Wildenbruchplatz.

We're located inside the Ringbahn, it takes 5 minutes by bus or 15 minutes walking. The next bus stop is 2 minutes by from the house.

Plenty of supermarkets, cafes, yoga studios, etc. nearby.

No parties/no smoking allowed.
This is a quiet residential place, with local people living in the house - especially no noise after 10pm, but in general no loud music, big crowds etc. Further subletting is not allowed.

Move in is 19th July during the day, move out 31st July during the day - other dates are not possible.

Applicants with a valid liability insurance will be favoured. If you're already in Berlin, you're welcome to come by, if not online is OK.
