Beautiful apartment in Berlin’s famous northern Neukölln neighborhood. The apartment is really spacious, it has 3 rooms on altogether 120 square meters (= 1290 square feet).

The sunny place is on the first floor (»Belle Etage«) of a classical Berlin apartment building dating back to 1903 and everything is original and in a very well maintained shape: Beautiful engraved wooden doors and windows, hardwood floors, very high stuccoed ceilings with ornaments etc.

The spacious living room (»Salon«) and the adjacent bedroom face the street and both have a balcony, the latter a with wide glass front. The house is on a quiet side street, very close to the canal. There are no houses on the opposite side, but a little park. So you have a beautiful view out front (and from both balconies). The second bedroom and all the other rooms face to the back, which is a large and also very green, quiet and sunny back yard.
