Our home, spanning 80 square meters over two floors, offers a comfortable retreat in a vibrant neighborhood. With a wooden staircase leading to the upper floor, you'll find a spacious bedroom featuring a winter garden, a double bed, and a double sofa bed.
Downstairs, the living room features a comfortable corner sofa, ideal for relaxation or gatherings. Adjacent is a separate office space, equipped with a desk, chair, and sofa.
We have a large. clean bright bathroom includes a bathtub and high-pressure shower.
Natural light floods the interior through numerous windows, highlighting the houseplants and neutral tones throughout. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities, including a microwave, double sink, and separate drinks fridge, along with a large fridge freezer. The small dining table suitable for two / four people, provides a cozy setting for meals.
Located on the fourth floor of an apartment building without an elevator, our home offers easy access to public transport, just a three-minute walk away , ready to whisk you away to any destination within the city including all the famous landmarks.
