I am living in this flat since september, but I was able to furnish everything for the basic needs (Washing machine, fish washer, tv, hairdryer, several cooking machines, etc.). The apartment is an old building with 3m high ceilings and a really good in shape wooden floor. The flat is all the time really sunny, because it is in the 4th floor.

I will move all my private things to the basement so that you can use the space as your own. Important for me is that you are not making parties in my flat and that you take a little care of my quite robust plants. Whenever you need something you can call me and ask. :)

Regarding the dates of moving in and out: Im a bit bit flexible, just let me know what suits you!

Even the Flat is in a lively neighbourhood between Hermannstraße and Leinestraße, you almost hear nothing when the Windows is open. Close by are the beautiful parks Tempelhofer Feld and Körnerpark. Ringbahn and u8 are close so the whole city is reachable in short times. In the same house is a big turkish market if you want to grab some oranges or vegetables. 5 Minutes away are other supermarkets, bars, really good restaurants for breakfast and so on.
