Wohnung zu vermieten / Schillerkiez Neukölln

Hallo, ich werde unterwegs sein und biete meine schöne, sonnige Wohnung zur Miete an.

Die Wohnung befindet sich am Tempelhofer Feld. Die Gegend ist ruhig und in nur ein paar Gehminuten befinden sich diverse Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr lichtdurchflutet und ruhig. Der Balkon ist den ganzen Tag über sonnig. Die Wohnung wird komplett ausgestattet vermietet mit einer hochwertigen Ausstattung. Mir ist wichtig, dass achtsam mit der Wohnung und der Einrichtung gut umgegangen wird. Ich schätze es sehr, dass ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis zu den Nachbar*innen besteht. Es sind keine Parties oder sonstige Feierlichkeiten ohne Rücksprache in der Zeit gestattet.

Hello, I will be out of town and I am offering my beautiful, sunny flat for rent.

The flat is located at Tempelhofer Feld. The neighbourhood is quiet and there are several bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The flat is very bright. The balcony is sunny all day long. The flat is rented fully furnished. It is important to me that the flat and the interior are treated with care. I really appreciate that there is a good relationship with the neighbours. No parties or other events are permitted during this time without agreement.
