Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock (mit Aufzug), hat zwei großzügig geschnittene Zimmer, eine Loggia, Stuck und Dielenboden.
Sie hat eine zum Flur und Wohnzimmer hin offene Wohnküche und dadurch einen besonderen Charme. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus.
Küche und Bad werden gerade saniert. Die Küche ist neu (Induktionsherd mit Dunstabzug, Backofen mit Dampfgarfunktion). Das Badezimmer enthält ein elektrisches Dusch-WC, die Dusche ist barrierefrei.
Die Wohnung hat in Flur und Schlafzimmer neue Einbauschränke erhalten.
Die Wohnung kann gut zu zweit ( das Bett ist 1,80m breit) bewohnt werden. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein gemütliches Schlafsofa (1,60m breit).
