We are subletting our 2 bedroom apartment for the time we will be on a longer vacation (days are a little bit flexible in the stated timeframe, it can also start from December 19th).
It has super bright rooms with lots of windows (bedroom and living room) and a large kitchen and bathroom towards the yard. It has a very special Altbau charme with wooden floor and charming details.

We are looking for a quiet tenant (single or couple), it is not suitable for a shared flat as the door between bedroom and living room is not soundproof (and obviously there is only one bed). Flat comes fully furnished and won't be emptied for the short time (we will make sure there is some spare closet space and empty rackets). Heating elements in every room, no oven :)

The area is quite lively but usually quiet (especially in winter). You'll have everything you need in walking distance (supermarkets, subway and busses, restaurants and bars). Next stations are Rathaus Neukölln and Herrmannplatz.

For those with allergies - we don't have pets, but there has been a friend's dog we sitted from time to time. Please no pets though for the time we sublet it :)
