Hello Berlin! We are sub-letting our beautiful apartment in Neukölln for 6 months (1 February - 31 July 2025).

The flat is located on the 2nd floor and offers 60sqm of comfortable living space, including living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom + balcony (overlooking a green area/courtyard, far from street noise).

The flat has all the amenities you need, including internet, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and beamer.

We will leave our furniture for you and remove personal items (if you need extra space, we can adjust based on your needs).

The apartment is situated on a quiet side street with no traffic as the road is a dead-end. This makes it a peaceful spot in the midst of bustling Neukölln. The apartment is also right next to Landwehrkanal with pedestrian routes along the canal, ideal for long walks or runs.
