i'm renting my apartment for 3 weeks starting from the 3.03 to the 23.03. I can be a bit flexible with both the start and end date if needed (we could discuss the possibility of shorter or longer stays). The price is per week, but we can talk about it if it doesn't fit your budget :)
The apartments is on the 1st floor and divided as follows:
- bathroom with tub
-pretty big kitchen with everything you might need
-a big living room with sofabed, dining table and big desk with super comfortable study chair and a project you can connect to your computer to watch your favorite movies :)
-balcony with chairs and table where you can enjoy a nice aperitivo or dinner
-small bedroom with kingsize bed
bedroom and living room face the big courtyard with shared garden that you can use if you want to.
the apartment is in a very quiet street near the weserstrasse (where you can find many bars and restaurants) and just a few minutes away from the canal. Supermarkets are just a few minutes away.
pubblic transporation is also very close by: 7 minutes away from the nearest ubahn (u7 rathaus neukolln) and just a few minutes away from multiple bus stops.
The apartment is for maximum 2 people
I live with a dog (that will not be there during your stay), nonetheless if you are allergic to dogs I would suggest you to look for something else as there might still be some dog hair flying around.
Animals are of course more than welcome :)
