Being away from Berlin for one month, we would like to sublet our flat over March. The flat is very cosy and spacious. You can choose between relaxing in the living room on the couch or the hammock, or retreat to one of the bedrooms.
--> About the flat:
Main Bedroom: the main bedroom is quite large and open with a queen-sized bed.
Two office/bedrooms: two additional bedrooms (each roughly 11qm) serve as guest rooms and offices. Both rooms are equipped with standing desks and monitors for work. One has another queen-sized bed, the other one a small but comfortable sleeping couch.
Living room: the large living room has one cosy couch-corner with a projector-screen setup. There is dinner table and a second table (we use it for arts and crafts).
Two bathrooms: two simple bathrooms (one with shower, another with bathtub).
Kitchen: the kitchen has everything that you could need.
Outside: all windows are directed to an inner courtyard which opens up towards quiet side street.
You will stay in a fantastic, vibrant, multicultural area of Neukölln called "Schiller-Kiez".
Plenty of bars, restaurants, or small cinemas are in walking distance. There are two parks directly nearby: "Hasenheide" (2 min walking distance) , and the famous former airport "Tempelhofer Feld" (7 min walking distance). On Saturdays you can explore a lovely small farmers market around the corner selling fresh produce, fresh pasta, and delicious warm meals. There are also several themed playgrounds nearby.
Supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are also nearby (less than 5 min). Public transport brings you rapidly to other parts of the city (metro 4 min, bus 2 min walking distance).
We have several plants, for which we would appreciate, if you could water them from time to time :)
