Bright quiet top floor apartment with gorgeous south balcony very near to canal, shopping and U8 metro line.
Full bath with washing machine, kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, dining room with view to large terrace ca 15 qm then living room with couches and a bed alcove with a good double mattress and memory foam bed.
The floor is all laminate and easy to clean. White tiled bathroom.
Not a luxury flat but excellent use of space, excellent location and great balcony and light.
This apartment is suitable for a single person or a quiet couple (that share a bed). Does not work as WG or separate bedrooms.The kitchen is stocked with all equipment you would need and all sheets and towels etc are also provided. No smoking in the apartment and no pets. Heating and Electricity will be taken from the caution. It is being rented as furnished.
The house is very well maintained with a quiet courtyard where you can secure your bike. The neighbors are very friendly and considerate and expect mature behaviors.
As I am working in the US at a university I have some papers etc stored in the apartment.
It is not possible to be registered "Angemeldet" at my house. It is not possible to have pets. No shorter term periods.

Perfect location - near to restaurants on canal and the weekly market, 2 minutes by foot to Schoenleinstr. U Bahn. 10 minutes to Kottbusser Damm or Hermannplatz. Easy access to the airport through U8 to Alex and TXL bus.
Lots of shopping close by, including Tuesday and Friday the food market on Maybach Ufer, 3 Spatis and DHL across the street. Keuzkoelln is now full of many cool bars and restaurants and lots of places just to hang out or work. We are also very close to an economical gym McFit and beside our station U8 Schoenleinstr. we are close to Kottbusser Tor (u1/u8) and Hermannplatz (u8/u7) transportation links.
We are a bike street.
I am looking for a mature person who is quiet and values good neighbor relations and is interested in a long term rental. It is possible that we continue to rent the apartment past January until August 2025 or December 2025 depending on work plans.
