ONLY for a single person, or a couple sleeping in a single bed. NO ROOMMATE SITUATIONS allowed, no additional beds or using the living room as a bedroom.

The apartment is in the popular Neukölln area steps away from Weserstrasse, parks along the canal and convenient public transport (Hermannplatz and Rathaus Neukölln). The area is one of the most vibrant and exciting in Berlin with new bars, cafes and galleries practically on every corner. The flat is next to two shopping centers and an organic supermarket.

The apartment is on the fourth floor with large bright windows facing a tree-lined and quiet cobblestone street. The balcony looks out over the street and always gets plenty of light. All wood floors and high ceilings. The living room has a dining table/large desk with chairs, a sofa, etc. The fully outfitted eat-in kitchen includes blond wood chairs, a breakfast table, a coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a stove and a small separate oven. There is also a clothes washing machine and comforters, sheets and towels if needed.

The monthly rent of 1400 euro includes all expenses (electricity, heat and high speed internet, etc).
