Wohnung 65 mq zu untermieten, mit Möglichkeit den Vertrag zu übernehmen!

Hallo,

ich werde meine schöne Wohnung vom 01.09. (theoretisch auch vom 20.08.) bis zum 24.10. untermieten. Da ich den Vertrag gekündigt habe, es besteht die Möglichkeit den Vertrag mit der Hausverwaltung zu übernehmen.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, hat ein großes Wohn-schlaf-Zimmer mit Hochbett, ganz hell und bequem, 67 qm, perfekt für ein Paar aber auch für eine Person alleine.
Zu der Wohnung gehört eine sehr schöne Küche, komplett ausgestattet, 2 kleine Toiletten (mit Dusche) und einen großen Flur wenn Man reinkommt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und im Herzen von Neukölln, in der Sonnenallee.
Rewe, Lidl, Kaufland und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 - 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Vor der Wohnung ist die Haltestelle von dem Bus M10, und in 10 Min zu Fuß erreicht man S+U Neukölln (S31, S42, S45, S46, S47) .
Ich suche einen ruhigen Mensch oder ruhiges Paar, absolut keine Party Menschen!

I will sublet my beautiful flat from the 01.09 (with the possibility to move in already on the 20.08). until the 24.10.Since I will move out from Berlin, I canceled the contract with the agency, so there might be the possibility for you to get the contract and stay in the flat.
The flat is very nice, perfect for a couple but also very nice for 1 person. It has a large living-sleeping room with loft bed, very bright and comfortable, 67 m².
In addition to that, the flat has a very nice kitchen, 2 toilets (with shower) and a small room when you come in. The flat is on the ground floor and in the heart of Neukölln, in Sonnenallee.
Rewe and shopping facilities within 5 - 10 min walking.
In front of the flat is the bus stop of the M10, and in 10 min walking distance you can reach S+U Neukölln (S31, S42, S45, S46, S47).
I am looking for a quiet person or couple, absolutely no party people!!!
