1 ROOM / LONG TERM / FROM OCTOBER / BIG WG

Hey,
I'm leaving Berlin for Paris <3. My room will be available from the first of october 2021.

We are a 10 roommates flatshare in Neukölln, right in front of Tempelhofer feld > and this is super nice. The U8 is just dowstairs, a super spät too, a lots of kebab and pizzeria. You can go grocery shopping from 3 to 7 minute walks.

The flat is very European > German, English, French, The Netherland, Poland, Luxembourg
Without me, there are 6 women and 3 men

We are looking for someone serious at cleaning and organise. It's very important when you live with 9 others people. We like sharing food, sometimes cooking together, partying, having drinks, any type of discussion... Just imagine 10 people from 20 to 27 yo living together :)

The rent is 535€ for my room. Everything is included ! The minimum rental period is 6 months
You can be student our worker. If you are unemployed, it will not work with our landlord, very picky with that point...

In my room is included :

- a chair and a desk from the landlord
- a little shelf from the landlord
- a handmade bed with the matrice, 4 pilows and the sheets from me
- a handmade shelf an the wall
!!! I'm giving the room only if you agree to take all what I mention up there for 100€ (It's also to participate to the kitchen island, the sofa and fiew other stuff that I built for the flat)

I have also a lots of plants. My mates will probably take some, I'll give you the rest if you want it :)
