Spacious altbau 2 room flat close to Tempelhofer Feld and Hasenheide

A beautiful and supremely located flat between Boddinstrasse (U8) and Rathaus Neukolln (U7) stations. The flat has a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge, bedroom and balcony. The flat is filled with books, art and plants. We have spent time to make it cozy and appealing.

The flat is a walk away from some of the nicest parts of Neukolln: Schillerkiez, Reuterkiez, Hasenheide, Maybachufer and more. With bars, green spaces, restaurants and local art galleries on the doorstep, it's an ideal starting place to explore the area and soak up Berlin's exciting art scene.

The flat faces into the courtyard, so while it is on a busy street the noise is minimal.

There is a fold out sofa and a double bed, so it can sleep up to 3 people.

As it is an alt bau, we ask you respect the neighbours by not having parties in the flat :).
