Hi all! We offer our flat for a short term in August (3.08-25.08).
We have a spacious flat in an old house, located on the ground and the first floor. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed and a big TV, a piano and a fully equipped kitchen + toilet. And on the first floor - two bedrooms (with King Size bed and one bunk bed) + bathroom, shower and toilet.
The exit leads out to a quiet and fenced in yard on all sides, where there is a large table and grill, as well as a mini playground. We share the yard with our neighbours, but they are very friendly and nice and value personal space people.
The flat has an ideal location - between Pankow and Prenzlauer Berg. On the one hand, lots of parks, quiet life, and on the other hand - close to the centre (Alexanderplatz is 20 minutes away) and the best trendy places.
