Ich bin Forscher und werde für ein paar Monate gehen, wahrscheinlich Anfang Juli zurück. Ich glaube, die Situation ist auch gut für jemanden, der gerade in Berlin angekommen ist und noch keine Möbel oder viel in der Stadt hat, und beginnt, nach ihrem eigenen Haus zu suchen.
Schöner Ort für einige Monate zu bleiben.

I am a researcher and will be leaving for a couple of months, returning probably in begining of July. I believe the situation is also good for someone that has just arrived in Berlin and doesn't have furniture or much in town yet, and is starting to look for their own house.
Nice place to stay for some months.
