Hi there! I am offering my furnished 2-room flat in Prenzlauer Berg for a 3-month sublet (with a possible 2-3 month extension), here are the details:
- Located in Eugen-Schönhaar-Str in Pberg’s Bötzowkiez, close to parks, bars, restaurants, the Rewe is 1min away, etc. Directly on the M10 & M4 and close to the Ringbahn Greifswalder Str.
- New flat & building, 5th floor and has a balcony facing west
- 55 sqm, bedroom + living room (inkl. brand new kitchen), floor heating, bathroom with shower, lots of plants, 180cm bed, TV, washing machine, dish washer, etc - see pics
- available from Dec 22nd to at least March 31st, and possibly for a few months beyond
- 1300 € all incl. (electricity, internet, etc included) per month + 1300 € deposit. Would prefer to have someone take the whole period and possibly stay on.

- 55 qm, Schlafzimmer + Wohnzimmer (inkl. nagelneuer Küche), Fußbodenheizung, Bad mit Dusche, viele Pflanzen, 180cm Bett, TV, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, etc - siehe Bilder
- verfügbar vom 22. Dezember bis mindestens 31. März, und möglicherweise für ein paar Monate darüber hinaus
- 1300 € all incl. (Strom, Internet, etc.) pro Monat + 1300 € Kaution. Idealerweise wird die Wohnung für die gesamte Periode vermietet.
