Quiet courtyard nice neighborhood. Plenty of places
nearby, shops bars small teather in corner parks ,( Mayer Park is 20 minutes slow walking from here)
In the apartment, you will find all the necessary equipment (dw,fr,wm), and small bath tube
bed, couch, it is an open balcony which is always nice.
