Beautiful apartment for sublet in Berlin Mitte from 18 December - 5 January (dates are flexible). The space is suitable for a couple or a small family with one large room, and one smaller room with a pull out bed that can sleep two children.

Both bedrooms are fully furnished with a double bed, a desk, a bookshelf, and built in storage for clothing. There is also a beautoful balcony, a washing machine, a dryer and a dishwasher in the flat.

The flat is situated on a quiet but lively cafe-filled street in berlin Prenzlauer Berg. Just 2 minutes to the tram, so you are as well connected to public transport as one can possibly be. For shorter stay requests, the cost to rent the apartment per night is €45.
