Looking for a reliable person/couple to look after my happy place while I am working abroad =)
The apartment is located on a quiet street, with a bright and spacious living/dining area spanning 60m2 with south-facing windows, a sofa perfect for movie nights (Netflix & Amazon Prime included), and a dining table that comfortably seats 8-10 people, ideal for cozy dinners with friends.
The separate, fully-equipped kitchen is a dream for anyone who loves to cook. Ample counter space, a large stocked pantry, and every appliance you could need, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, rice cooker, high-quality blender, and a kitchen machine.
The spacious bedroom (30m2) is a true sanctuary, complete with a king-size bed, a huge wardrobe with mirrors, and a desk with a make-up mirror. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower and a washing machine.
The apartment comes with a host of amenities designed to make your life easier, including high-speed internet (Telekom), bi-weekly cleaning service, a Raumfeld sound system, two bikes for exploring the city, and towels and sheets of course.
Step outside and you're in a great neighborhood in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with everything you need within easy reach: groceries, hip and not hip restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafes, parks, pharmacies and excellent public transport links (S-Bahn/Ringbahn, U-Bahn, and Tram within a 5-minute walk).
The street itself is super quiet and super safe and clean.
This is my absolute dream apartment, so, I want to rent to someone who treats my apartment nicely =) Happy to set uo a video call before and show you the apartment on video too (or come by in person if you are already in Berlin).
I'd set up a short-term rental contract, and a copy of your passport / ID is needed. Unfortunately it is not possible to extend the stay.
