Apartment
This bright and very quiet apartment is located on a side street near the S- and U-Bahn station Schönhauser Allee. The rental includes a combined living and sleeping area with a balcony, a kitchen, a bathroom, a hallway, and a small storage room. The southeast-facing balcony offers a view of the TV tower. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom (not shown in the pictures yet).

Location
S-/U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee is about a 5-minute walk away.
Tram lines 12, 13, and M1 are also within walking distance.
Supermarkets, parks, cafés, restaurants, shopping options, and various sports facilities are all nearby.
Other Information
The apartment consists of two rooms, but only one is being rented out. The second room is used privately for two nights every six weeks. The rest of the time, the entire apartment is available for sole use.
Please note: Due to this arrangement, the apartment can only be rented to a single person.
