*Note: This flat is only for people with a "Wohnraumberechtigungsschein" (WBS) , that is a Berlins social program for people who ear less than X amount of euros per month, dependeing on the number of persons, or if your a family, and the size of the flat, you get one. We are 2 guys who are looking forward to find someone who wants to take over our flat contract, the flat is owned by a real-state company in Berlin.

The flat is on the first floor, furnitured, internet, tv, 3 rooms (2 rooms and the third is the biggest one we use it as living room but coud be ofcourse used as another room)

Im leaving on the first days of November so 2 rooms will be available and my flat mate is leaving until december, so you can take over the contract on novemeber and move in the first days, the rent is 600 euros (includes warm & kalt miete) plus bills (electricity, internet, gas, around 80-100 euros) The deposit goes directly to the company and its 2 months of rent (1200 euros).

Please only contact us if you are interested on taking the whole flat with the furniture as well, AND YOU SHOULD HAVE THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

-Schufa (jetzt beantragen)
-Letter of your last landlord satating that you don owe any money.
- Valid passport
- Income of the last 3 months, or bank statement with enough money, if you can prove 600 euros is 40% of your income, then its ok.
