Short term sublet in Prenzlauerberg

The apartment is very close to many of the best bars and restaurants in Berlin. Also nearby is Sbahn Prenzlauer Allee or the M2/M10 trams. Ubahn Eberswalder is two tram stops away.
From the apartment you can arrive at Alexanderplatz in less than 15 mins with the tram.

Apartment is located in the Hinterhof and in the evenings the building is very very quiet (as you can expect from Prenzlauerberg).

Please note that a kitty lives in the apartment! If you are allergic or do not like having cats in your space this will not be the apartment for you. She has an automatic feeder setup, you will just need to change her water and clean her toilet. In exchange for your help taking care of her, I’ve reduced the rent price

All costs are included in the price (internet, electricity, etc).

Couples are welcome. Non-smoking preferred, but if necessary it's okay in the kitchen.
I am flexible if you have guests visiting, but please let me know in advance. The couch in the living room folds out to a pretty comfortable full-sized bed.
