It is very quiet as there is a considerable distance between the entrance to the premises, the community garden and the house itself. You can hang out in the community garden - your apartment has a full view onto that garden. There is also a second , almost secret garden, to cool off on hot summer days. And the Mauerpark is max. 11 minutes walking.

The apartment is in Prenzlauer Berg, a 11 minute walk to the famous Mauerpark. So it is in a very green area: It also has excellent public transport connections.
The Gaudystraße is part of the Gleimviertel. The apartment is also very close to the Friedrich - Ludwig-Jahn Sports-park. .
Yet, it will never be loud on Gaudystraße. The flat is in the back house, so it is very quiet. There is also a garden between the street and the back house where the flat is located. The garden is well tended to and there is garden furniture.
A second apartment in the same house will be available later this year.
