Subletting My Apartment in Berlin (available until Oct.2025) with possible extension

I am temporarily relocating from Berlin and looking for a responsible tenant to sublet my beloved apartment. The rental period is currently set until October 2025, but an extension can be discussed if needed.


Location & Accessibility

The apartment is officially in Reinickendorf, but it is well connected to public transport:
• U Osloer Straße (U8, U9) – 9- minute walk
• U Franz-Neumann-Platz (U8) – 5-minute walk

The area is quiet and residential, with a balcony facing a one-way street where cars only pass when parking. Within a 3-minute walk, you’ll find a charming café, and if you enjoy nature, Schäfersee is just 7 minutes away.

Apartment Details
• Size: 2-room apartment with a spacious kitchen
• Kitchen: Equipped with a new washing machine (most kitchen utensils will not be included)
• Furnishings: The apartment is fully furnished with modern and well-maintained furniture. The following items will remain:
• Bed
• Desk
• Cupboard
• Dining table & chairs
• Couch
• 2x Sideboard & TV stand, balcony table &chair

As I have personally furnished and taken great care of the space, I am looking for a tidy and respectful tenant who will treat it well.
