Wegen eines längeren Auslandsaufenthaltes suchen wir für unsere schöne Wohnung eine:n Zwischenmieter:in, der/die sich hier genauso zu Hause fühlt, wie wir! Die Wohnung ist ideal für Pärchen, der großzügige Schnitt der Räume bietet viel Platz und Freiraum.

Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf der Roten Insel in Schöneberg. Der Bahnhof Südkreuz und die S-Bahn Stationen Schöneberg bzw. Julius-Leber-Brücke sind jeweils in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung wurde im Dachgeschoss (5.OG) eines Altbaus vor ca. einem Jahr neu ausgebaut - entsprechend ist sie in einem fast neuwertigen Zustand.

Zu den Highlights gehören u.a. ein sonniger Balkon (Ostseite) mit Platz für zwei Sonnenliegen, Küche mit Elektrogeräten (inkl. Spülmaschine), Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet, die Ausstattung besteht aus unseren eigenen Möbeln. Es ist außerdem ein umfangreiches Smart Home System (inkl. Heizungssteuerung) installiert.

Der Mietvertrag wird vorerst für 13 Monate abgeschlossen und kann eventuell verlängert werden.

Die angegebenen Gesamtkosten beinhalten alle Nebenkosten inkl. Betriebskosten, Heizung, Strom, Internet und Rundfunk.

Due to a longer stay abroad, we are looking for a temporary tenant for our beautiful apartment who will feel as at home here as we do! The apartment is ideal for couples, the spacious layout of the rooms offers plenty of space.

The building is located in a quiet area on the Rote Insel in Schöneberg. Südkreuz station and the S-Bahn stations Schöneberg and Julius-Leber-Brücke are a 10-minute-walk each.

The apartment is located on the top floor (5th floor) of an old building and was newly renovated about a year ago, therefore it is in almost brand-new condition.

Some of the highlights of the apartment: sunny balcony (facing to the East) with space for two sun loungers, a kitchen with appliances (including a dishwasher), a sun-lit bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. The apartment is fully furnished, all the furnishings consist of our own furniture. Additionally, there is a comprehensive smart home system installed (including heating control).

The rental contract will initially be for 13 months and may be extended.

The costs include all utilities, such as operating costs, heating, electricity, water, internet, and broadcasting fees.
