Maisonette + Dachgarten - top für Familie, auch wochenweise

Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Maisonettewohnung für den Sommer. Die Wohnung liegt im 5. und 6. Stock eines (zugegebenermaßen nicht besonders hübschen) Neubaus, hat ein Riiiiiiiiiiiesenwohnzimmer an die der ca. 35qm große Dachgarten anschließt (mit Kirschbaum!).
Bitte beachtet, dass die angegebene Miete nur dann gilt, wenn Ihr den kompletten Zeitraum anmietet (Juli + August). Bei kürzeren Aufenthalten müssen wir etwas draufschlagen (siehe unter "Sonstiges")

Was bieten wir Euch genau?

Einen ca. 120qm großen Dachgeschoss-Maisonette Traum im nördlichen Schöneberg:

2 Schlafzimmer + Kinderzimmer
a) das "Große": ca. 28 qm mit 180x200cm Bett und Balkonzugang,
b) das "Gästezimmer": Bett 140x200cm im oberen Stockwerk und
c) das "Kinderzimmer": mit Kinderbett und ausklappbarem Schlafsofa für eine Person sowie ebenfalls Balkonzugang

ein Riiiiiiiiiiiiiesenwohnzimmer im oberen Stockwerk, mit ausziehbarem Esstisch für bis zu 8 Personen, tollem Sofa, gemütlichen Sesseln und Zugang zur großen Dachterrasse

eine halboffene Küche, angeschlossen ans Wohnzimmer, voll ausgestattet mit allem, was kochfreudige Menschen benötigen (incl. Geschirrspüler), Siebträgerkaffeemaschine, Brotbackmaschine und allem möglichen Schnickschnack

ein Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, WC separat

das Ganze stylish und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit ordentlich vielen Büchern, DVDs (Flachbild TV, allerdings ohne Fernsehanschluss) und W-Lan Flatrate...

gerne könnt Ihr bei Bedarf auch die Babyausstattung mitbenutzen: wir sind ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht (Wickeltisch, Babybadewanne, Spielzeug, Babywippe etc etc)


We will be away for the summer, so our amazing "Maisonette" flat with roof garden is free for your stay in Berlin!

The appartment has:

- two bedrooms, both with doublebed
- a children's room with a babybed (120cm) and a sleeping couch for one person (room is as well equipped with all necessary stuff for a baby... like changing table, baby bath tub, loads of toys etc etc)
- a huuuuuuuuuuuuge living room with beautiful couch and comfy chairs, flat screen TV with lots of DVDs, dining table for up to 8 people
- the terrace (with cherry tree!)
- a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, coffee machine, bread baking machine and all other necessary things for people who love to cook
- bath room with bath tub and washing machine

all of this furnished with a lot of love, antiques mixed with design furnitures, a bit of flea market, and a slight touch of Ikea.

the appartment is located in the north of Schöneberg, close to Mitte and Tiergarten:
3 minutes walk to subway station Nollendorfplatz with direct connections to Kreuzberg (U1) and Prenzlauer Berg (U2)
the amazing new Gleisdreieck Park with adventurous playgrounds, skateboard park, café and lots of nature is at the end of the street, Tiergarten park is also in walking distance (10 min)
Schöneberg is full of sweet little cafés, good restaurants as well as some of the best cocktail bars of Berlin (Green door bar and Victoria Bar at 5 minutes walk) and heaps of shopping opportunities, the famous Café Einstein is across the street. Wednesdays and Saturdays you find the amazing Winterfeldmarket just around the corner (nicest market in Berlin if you ask me...)

for those with a sensitive soul a little warning: there is street prostitution on Kurfürstenstraße, starting approx. 200m from the flat. You can avoid seeing it (as mainly everything, supermarkets, subway, restaurants etc etc is in another direction) - but it is there.

we prefer people who wish to stay for a longer period, but do also confirm shorter stays (minimum of a week). the fares for shorter stays are slightly higher as we need to pay extra cleaning and organize much more: we then need to ask for 500€ per week, please only non-smokers and - sorry - no party people (as we have to still get a long with our neighbours afterwards...)
