Private room in a fully furnished apartment

The private room is fully furnished with a double bed, a large sliding wardrobe, bedside table. it has a large window on the side.

The apartment is fully furnished. You just need to bring your luggage and settle in.

i am looking for one person for the apartment.

You would be sharing the apartment with me.
I am 26 years old, living in Berlin for 3 years now. I work as a chef in a hotel, hence mostly never at home. However, sometimes I cook and bring food from the hotel and am always happy to share. It would be great if we can develop a friendship eventually however of course not mandatory!

I do not have a cleaning plan in place, however, we both are adults, as long as we clean up after ourselves, trash gets thrown, there is no hair in the shower drain, I am good!

Of course the contract and anmeldung is possible.
