During the festive season, a lot of tourists visit Berlin. However, the prices of accomodation goes sky rocket. Therefore I am planning to rent my place (even on day basis) at reasonable prices so you can have an apartment for yourself and I can make some extra cash. Ideally it is for 1 person but we can negotiate terms if you are travelling with your partner/friend.

My small cozy studio apartment is available from 19th Dec till the 30th Dec. Rent includes everything and the apartment comes fully furnished. You have your own private kitchen/bathroom so you don't have to share it with others (like in hostels). City center can be reached within 25 mins.

Additionally there is a gym, lounge space, study room and courtyard with beach volleyball that can be used free of cost.

Supermarkets are 4 minutes by foot Kaufland, Lidl and Rewe.
