Hier sind Details zu unserer Wohnung:

Die Wohnung hat zwei getrennt begehbare Zimmer einen bepflanzten Balkon und eine Küche. Sie ist liebevoll möbliert und mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht, ausgestattet. 
Die Wohnung liegt im Sprengelkietz unweit vom Hauptbahnhof und von Berlin-Mitte entfernt. Der Kiez hat viele nette Cafes, Bars und ist dennoch sehr ruhig und hat viele schöne Grünflächen. Zur 
Ringbahn, Haltestelle Wedding (U6/Ringbahn) sind es acht Minuten Fußweg und zur Amrumerstraße (U9) fünf Minuten.

Die Miete für das Zimmer beträgt 800 pro Monat.
Die Wohnung kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden.

Here are the details of our apartment:

The apartment has two separate rooms, a planted balcony, and a kitchen. It is lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need to live.
The apartment is located in Sprengelkiez, not far from the main train station and Berlin-Mitte. The neighborhood has many nice cafes and bars, yet it is still very quiet and has plenty of beautiful green spaces.
It’s an 8-minute walk to the Ringbahn at Wedding station (U6/Ringbahn) and a 5-minute walk to Amrumerstraße (U9).
The rent for the room is 800 euros per month.

The apartment can also be rented for a shorter period.
