I offer for sublet my flat in Wießensee (flat is located very close to Prenzlauer Berg). It is available Oct 21 - 8 January (2025), although the start and end dates around that are flexible. It’s approx. 65 sq m (2 rooms), 2nd floor (with lift), bright (lots of windows), airy, quiet, comfy and fully equipped (including a bath/shower, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, oven, airfryer, etc). There is also a standing desk and a monitor for working, and a balcony overlooking some greenery. It’s perfect for one person or a couple: there's a bed in the bedroom, and the couch in the living room can be folded out into a bed (comfortable for guests).

The flat is well-connected: it is located along the M2 tram (14 minutes to Mitte / Alexanderplatz), the ring-bahn (S Prenzlauer Allee) is 5 mins away, and the both the M13 and 12 Trams are less than 10 mins walking. The area is very green, friendly (and diverse) folks around; the lake (Weißensee) is also close; and there are numerous nice cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Monthly rent payment at €1200/month. Unfortunately, no Anmeldung possible.
