Die helle Wohnung liegt im 2.OG in einer ruhigen Straße in Nähe der U-Bahnstation Fehrbelliner Platz und bietet einen guten Schnitt. Vom Flur geht es in das seprate Schlafzimmer mit großzügiggen Kleiderschrank und in das Wohnzimmer, das hell, groß und einladend ist und genug Platz für Sofa, Esstisch und ein Home Office bietet.

Die Küche ist vom Wohnzimmer zugänglich, die mit einer guten Küchenzeile alles notwendige bietet.
Das Bad ist ebenfalls vom Flur zugänglich (Duschbad). Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen kleinen Abstellraum.
Ein Kellerabteil mit Licht und Strom steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung.

The bright apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet street near the Fehrbelliner Platz subway station and offers a good layout. The hallway leads to the separate bedroom with a spacious closet and the large living room, which is bright, inviting and offers enough space for a sofa, dining table and a home office.

The kitchen is accessible from the living room, which offers everything you need.
The bathroom (with shower) is also accessible from the hallway. There is also a small storage room.
A cellar room with light and electricity is also available.

Registration is, of course, possible.

If the apartment is used by a couple, there is an additional 100 Euro Nebenkosten.
