Beautiful 2 room apartment (one bedroom, one living room) in an Altbau. Apartment is in the Gartenhaus and on the top floor so it is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment is fully furnished, so no need to bring anything. Full kitchen including washing machine. Bathroom has a bathtub and shower. Bedroom is large and spacious with a 160x200 bed. Living room/dining area has two large windows so it is bright during the day. Normal cable tv is included in the price. It is a 7 minute walk to the ring bahn and a 7 minutes walk to the u7 line. There is bus service right outside the apartment that takes you to either sbahn charlottenberg or to zoologischer garden. Easily able to walk to Ku'damm and have access to shopping. Will be on holidays over the last of summer and do not want the apartment empty. Must be willing to take care of plants. Looking for a professional single or couple.
No students/ no WG. No parties, smoking, or pets allowed. It is a quiet, calm building. There is no elevator so must be okay to walk up stairs. Also a spot for bike lockup, behind the gartenhaus. 2 minutes walk to a supermarket.
