Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung in Wilmersdorf - 2 Zimmer

wir ziehen leider aus unserer sehr schönen, aber für uns zu klein gewordenen Wohnung in Wilmersdorf aus. Daher wollen wir diese nun, zunächst für ein Jahr, untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist NICHT WG-geeignet, daher nur für Alleinerziehende, Paare und Singles zu empfehlen.

Die Daten der Untervermietung wären folgende:
- 15.7.19 bis 14.7.20
- Miete „warm“ 890 € (inkl. HK- und BK-Vorschuss)
- Kaution: 2070 € (gibt’s nach Ende der Miete zurück)
- Teilmöbliert: Einbauküche inkl. Herd, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler, Teppich im SZ, PAX-Korpus (2,50 m breit), großes Regal im Wohnzimmer sowie die Regale im Badezimmer

Zur Wohnung:
- Gieselerstr. 10713 Wilmersdorf
- Ca. 3 Minuten zu der BVG (U7, U3 und Busse)
- Anwohnerparken, daher immer was Frei
- Sanierter Altbau, daher Deckenhöhe ca 3 m
- 4. Stock im ruhigen Hinterhaus ohne Fahrstuhl
- Balkon und neue Fenster

Sonstiges:
-Der Keller steht noch mit unseren Sachen voll und kann erstmal nicht genutzt werden
-Keine Haustiere
-Anmeldung möglich
-Strom, Internet usw ist leider nicht dabei :)

Das ein oder andere Detail ist natürlich verhandelbar, aber im Großen und Ganzen sollten die Rahmenbedingungen auf euch zutreffen

unfortunately we move out of our very nice, but for us too small apartment in Wilmersdorf. Therefore, we want to sublet these, initially for one year.
The apartment is NOT WG suitable, therefore only for single parents, couples and singles recommended.

The data of the sublease would be the following:
- 15.7.19 to 14.7.20
- Rent "warm" 890 € (including HK and BK-advance)
- Deposit: 2070 € (will be returned after the end of the rental)
- Partly furnished: fitted kitchen incl. Stove, refrigerator and dishwasher, carpet in the bedroom, PAX corbus(2.50 m wide), large shelf in the living room and the shelves in the bathroom

To the flat:
- Gieselerstr. 10713 Wilmersdorf
- Ca. 3 minutes to the BVG (U7, U3 and buses)
- Resident parking, so always something free
- Renovated old building, therefore ceiling height about 3 m
- 4th floor in the quiet rear building without elevator
- Balcony and new windows

Miscellaneous:
-The cellar is still full of our stuff and can not be used for now
-No pets
Registration possible
Power, Internet, etc. is unfortunately not there :)

Of course, one or the other detail is negotiable, but on the whole, the framework should apply to you
