Remote-Working Couple with a Friendly Cat Seeking Long-Term Berlin Home Starting Feb 2025

We’re a couple from Israel planning to make Berlin our new home starting in February 2025, and we’re looking for a cozy, pet-friendly apartment where we can settle in long-term. We’re open to any neighborhood but especially love Oberschöneweide and Prenzlauer Berg!

About Us:
• Both of us work remotely with a stable income from Israel, so our finances won’t change with the move.
• Although we don’t have a German Schufa (jetzt beantragen) score, we can provide financial documentation and offer a reference from our current landlord, who can vouch for us as responsible tenants.

Our Ideal Apartment:
• Move-in ready by February 2025
• Cat-friendly (we have a quiet, well-behaved cat who’ll be joining us)
• Long-term rental preferred
