Hello! We are an Irish couple looking for a new long term lease (minimum 1 year) from Spring 2025. The apartment will ideally be unfurnished as we have some furniture already. We are both working professionals, we have all required documents and proof of income as well as references from our landlords and guarantor information . We are currently living in Berlin and want to experience a new part of the city so we are hoping to take over a lease or sublet for a long period. Anmeldung will be necessary. Thank you in advance :)
