Young couple looking for apartment since April

Hello everyone! We are Sabrina and Pablo, a young Argentinian couple living in Berlin. We are looking for an apartment as our current contract is about to end.
I'll summarize the key points of our search to save you time:
👉🏻 Check-in is on April 1st (can be a few days earlier, we are flexible).
👉🏻 We prefer a long contract but we are willing to rent from 3 months.
👉🏻 Rent approximately between 800 and 1200 depending on the department's benefits.
👉🏻 Maximum kaution 1500 euros.
👉🏻 Anmeldung is necessary. We are only willing to negotiate this point for a very good offer.
👉🏻 Preferably inside the ring or failing that a good transport connection.
As for us, we both work so we spend little time at home. We love to travel and enjoy the outdoors, which we hope to do again when the weather gets warmer in Berlin. We don't have pets, we don't smoke, and we don't party. We are good tenants, respectful, communicative, and all our experiences renting in Berlin have been excellent.
