Hi,
I am looking for a nice apartment in a well-maintained area with all shopping facilities and good connections. It would be great if the apartment have a (new) kitchen and ideally a bathtub. However, this is not mandatory if everything else is ok.
I am a quiet and very clean tenant. Do not smoke, do not have animals and work remotely. I like to travel, and I am very particular about sophisticated interior design.
I am also open for buying an apartment should that be an option.
