Beautiful AltBau Flat available per September

Available per September with the possibility to prolongue.
Because of work i have to leave the country for sbout 8 months, so my beautiful flat is available for a couple, two friends who want live together or simply someone who wishes to live here on their own. Flat share is also possible.
The flat is centrally located, it is cozy, clean and quiet yet well connected to the rest of Berlin and there are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants in the area. Write me, tell me about you :) Sbahn, tram almost by the door :D


***(atm anmeldung is not possible for more than one person and i would prefer to rent it to someone who does not need it because the corporation owning the flat/building charges a fee for this kind of administrative changes and this fee goes on top of the current rent permanently, thus raising the rent price. :/)
But it is negotiable depending on the duration of your stay.
