Wohnung zur kurzen Zwischenmiete

Wir vermieten unsere Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete, von ungefähr 1.02 - 1.03

Im 6. Stock gelegen ist das Apartment wirklich sehr gemütlich und hell. Alle Fenster liegen im Vorderhaus und werden morgens und mittags mit Sonne versorgt (Ost/Süd-Seite). Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und entspannt. Falls ihr euer Fahrrad mitbringen wollt, ist auch das kein Problem. Das Haus verfügt über einen Fahrradraum im EG.

In der Einbauküche findet ihr alles, was ihr zur Selbstversorgung braucht. Neben ausreichend Platz für eurer Essen im Kühlschrank und in den Einbauküchen, findet ihr hier von Töpfen über Küchengeräten und Geschirr alles was ihr braucht, um ganz einfach zuhause zu kochen.

Das Bad ist frisch renoviert und mit einer neuen Waschmaschine und einer geräumigen Badewanne ausgestattet. Wir haben auch ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche, sodass euch auch hier nichts fehlen wird.

Auch für Home Office eignet sich Wohnung ideal: Im Zimmer gibt es einen großen Schreibtischen inkl. Monitor und einen Bürostuhl, sodass du ganz bequem von zuhause arbeiten kannst.

Auch für Platz für eure Habseligkeiten ist gesorgt: In einem großen Kleiderschränken könnt ihr für den Zeitraum eure Sachen verstauen.

Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher ist ebenfalls gesorgt.

We are renting our flat from 1.02 - 1.03


The apartment has two rooms with balcony, kitchen and newly renovated bathroom.

Located on the 6th floor, the apartment is really very cozy and bright. All windows are in the front building and get sun in the morning and at noon (east/south side). The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. If you want to bring your bike, that's no problem either. The house has a bicycle room on the ground floor.

In the fitted kitchen you will find everything you need for self-catering. In addition to enough space for your food in the fridge and in the fitted kitchens, you will find everything you need to cook at home, from pots and pans to kitchen utensils and crockery.

The bathroom has been freshly renovated and is equipped with a new washing machine and a spacious bathtub. We also have plenty of towels and bed linen, so you won't want for anything here either.

The apartment is also ideal for working from home: there is a large desk including a monitor and an office chair in the room, so you can work from the comfort of your own home.

There is also space for your belongings: you can store your things in a large closet for the duration of your stay.

Bed linen and towels are also provided.
